1. FOOD 🍗

“You are what you eat.” Whoever first said it was absolutely right, because food is more than fuel. It shapes your body, your brain, your mood, your immunity, and ultimately your freedom. If you want sovereignty over your life, it starts with what’s on your plate.

Most of the food you find in supermarkets today isn’t really food. It’s processed, stripped of nutrients, pumped with preservatives, and grown in degraded soil. Even the meat and milk are compromised. Factory-farmed animals fed unnatural diets result in products with dangerously skewed omega-6 to omega-3 ratios, which drive inflammation and disease. Add in pesticide residues, seed oils, and synthetic additives, and you get the perfect recipe for physical and mental collapse, disguised as a “balanced diet.”

Almost every modern Western disease, from depression to diabetes, can be traced back to the gut. And the gut is shaped by what you feed it.

This is why food must be your number one priority if you’re serious about self-sufficiency, health, or survival. Growing your own food in a regenerative, permaculture-based system, or trading with others who do, is the only real solution.

As a scientist who has worked with human metabolism for years and studied the causal-loop relationships between dietary input and long-term well-being, I chose to walk the hard path. I left Europe — my family, friends, and even my frozen bank accounts — and moved to Brazil to build the life I believe in. I found a safe place surrounded by jungle, rich in natural resources, and began reclaiming control over my own food and health.

Today, I raise 30 Rhode Island Reds — strong, self-reliant chickens that lay around 20-25 eggs per day. They’re free-range, keeping snakes and spiders away from the house. I feed them homegrown corn, banana plant stalks, and local supplements. While jaguars and pumas occasionally claim one or two despite the electric fencing, I simply hatch more eggs and keep the cycle going.

I also built two greenhouses. The first (50m²) is dedicated to NFT hydroponics, where I grow strawberries, shishito peppers, blackberries and blueberries (in compost), safely shielded from the destructive jungle ants. The second (14m²) is for tomatoes, grown in Dutch bucket systems under sunlight and 20 solar-powered grow lights, yielding 2-4 pounds of heirloom tomatoes per day. I even started breeding my own tomato varieties.

I also constructed my own aquaculture system to raise trout and tilapia using mountain spring water, which then (being more nutrient-rich due to fish poop/pee) becomes as a fertilizer source for my greenhouse crops.

Beyond that, my land overflows with edibles that thrive in this environment. “Plagues” like sweet potato are a blessing, producing several kilos per plant, perfect for barter or storage. Physalis (golden berries) pop up everywhere and fetch premium prices abroad. Turmeric is invasive, yes, but I harvest and dry it, alongside chili, sweet paprika, black pepper, rosemary, oregano, and cumin. For this, I imported a Ninja 11-in-1 oven, which I also use to ferment yogurt from raw milk.

My food forest is expanding fast. I’ve planted over a dozen banana varieties, including rare types from pink to black. I’m growing mulberries, papayas, avocados, peaches, grapes, olives, lemons, oranges, and tropical species few people have even heard of. I’ve even started harvesting jabuticaba, one of my favorites — its sweet, grape-like fruit grows directly on the bark, straight from the trunk like something out of a fantasy novel.

Everything I grow is real, nutrient-dense, and free from chemicals. Some of it feeds my family, some feeds my animals, and some I trade for raw milk, meat, or organic cheese with local farmers.

Food is the foundation. Food is health. Food is sovereignty. And growing it yourself is the first act of true rebellion.

2. WATER 💦

Without water, there is no self-sufficiency. It’s not just about drinking — it’s about irrigation, animals, cleaning, aquaculture, and even energy.

The first step to living off-grid is identifying your primary water source:

• Spring water is ideal — clean, pressurized, and often year-round

• Groundwater can work, but always test for contaminants and ensure recharge stability

• Rainwater can be excellent too, but it requires proper collection, filtration, and reliable storage

• Surface water (creeks, ponds) may be usable if managed well, especially with filtration or for non-potable use

No matter what the source: Have a reservoir. Water storage = drought insurance. And invest in treatment or filtration systems, because polluted water is worse than no water.

In my case, I’m lucky. I have three natural untouched springs flowing directly from the mountain. There’s no one above me. That means:

• No chlorine

• No fluoride

• No microplastics

• No birth control residue or other pharmaceutical garbage

Just clean, chemical-free, pressurized mountain water. This water feeds everything: my house, my gardens, my chicken, and my aquaculture system (where I raise trout and tilapia).

That nutrient-rich fish water then gets channeled it into my NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) greenhouse, where strawberries and peppers grow like wildfire (and the solid waste goes right onto the composting systems).

Right now, I still use an electric pump to push water to my main tank. But I’m about to upgrade to a hydraulic ram pump, which is a pump that uses gravity and pressure from falling water to lift a portion of it uphill, without any electricity.

That means more efficiency, less energy use, and even less dependence on solar or batteries.

If you don’t control your own water, you’re not free. It’s that simple. You can live without power for a while, but not without water. And if your water is poisoned, everything else collapses.

3. ENERGY ⚡️

Without energy, self-sufficiency collapses. You can grow your own food, collect your own water, but without power for pumps, fridges, lights, or communication, you’re still dependent.

The best setup isn’t just going solar.

It’s about creating an energy mix that gives you reliability, day and night, rain or shine.

• Micro-hydropower is ideal: if you have a steady stream or height drop, it gives you base-load electricity 24/7. No sun needed. No wind required. No fluctuations.

• Solar is excellent for sunny areas, especially when paired with batteries and smart load timing.

• Wind can be useful in the right environment, though it’s more complex.

• Biogas (from food scraps, manure, or plant biomass) can fuel a generator and keep things running off-grid.

A hybrid system is key.

In my case, I run a hybrid microgrid built for real independence:

• 11 kWp solar PV system

• Micro-hydropower turbine (powered by a 300 ft elevation drop from my springs)

• Backup generator — rarely used, but always ready

• 20 kWh battery bank

All of it flows through a central hub of two 5 kW inverters in parallel, powering my house, my greenhouses, pumps, studio, and even Starlink. The result are: no bills, no outages during the rainy season, no worries. I generate power while others are stuck in the dark.

If you’re building your own system:

• Start with what’s abundant in your area (sun, water, biomass)

• Combine sources for stability

• And size your batteries wisely — because energy storage is your security

4. COMMUNITY 🫂

You can go far alone, but you’ll go farther, safer, and saner with others. Self-sufficiency doesn’t mean isolation. It means independence within interdependence.

If you’re serious about off-grid or permaculture living, then find people.

• Build shared projects

• Create a micro-village

• Pool resources, land, tools, skills, and labor

• Reduce workload, increase security, and multiply your freedom

Surround yourself with people who know how to do things:

• Grow food

• Fix machines

• Treat injuries

• Build, hunt, trade, preserve

Because when things go sideways, people with degrees in marketing, HR, or gender studies won’t be the ones who keep you alive.

In my case, I live remotely — no direct neighbors. But within 20–30 minutes driving, I’ve built a network of farmers and homesteaders like this dairy farmer.

We trade regularly:

• Eggs for milk

• Seedlings for cheese

• Labor for meat

Most of the food I don’t produce myself, I get directly from people who do — no middlemen. And most importantly: Each person brings a skill. And in a world where systems are breaking down, real-world skills are the new currency.

5. COMPOSTING 🪱

If you don’t build your soil, you’re just camping. Soil is everything. It’s your foundation for long-term abundance.

Modern agriculture has destroyed our topsoil layer, the most fertile part of the earth. Years of chemical farming, tillage, and surface runoff have stripped it of nutrients and life. What you often see today is dead dirt, not living soil.

If you want a thriving, disease-resistant, nutrient-dense food system, you need to restore the soil. That starts with composting, and goes far beyond dumping food scraps in a pile.

In my case, I do multi-level composting and bio-enhancement:

• I run a Kon-Tiki Kiln to create biochar (a high-carbon charcoal)

• I collect indigenous jungle microbes using bamboo tubes filled with cooked rice

• I incubate and multiply those microbes in homemade bioreactors filled with water, sugar, and self-made papaya juice.

• I mix the pulverized biochar, compost, and microbes to create terra preta, the legendary black soil once used by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon

I don’t just sustain my land, I regenerate it. And I go further:

• I do wet composting as well, using the nutrient-rich brine as a fertilizer in my hydroponic systems

• Nothing goes to waste; it all gets cycled back into the land

The results are healthy plants, nutrient-dense food, and microbial-rich soil that only gets better with time.

6. PRIVACY & LOCATION 📍

If the system crashes, and one day it will, location will decide your fate. Whether it’s a global economic collapse, a civil breakdown, or even a polar shift, being in the wrong place at the wrong time means you’re a target or a casualty.

Choose wisely.

• Far enough from urban chaos

• Remote enough to be off the radar

• Accessible enough to still live and trade

• Secure enough to defend

The perfect location isn’t a bunker; it’s a buffer zone between total isolation and total exposure.

In my case, I live at nearly 5,000 feet (1,500 meters) in the Brazilian highlands. To reach my land, you need all-wheel drive and more than just basic driving skills. It’s not a quick stop off the highway. That’s the point. It’s not convenient, it’s strategic.

There are no streetlights, no direct neighbors, no noise. Only jungle, elevation, and peace.

Privacy is protection. Remoteness is resilience. And when the shit hits the fan, I won’t be stuck in a traffic jam or waiting in a breadline.

I’ll be home with everything I need.

7. SKILLS & TOOLS 🛠️

In a world where systems are breaking down, real-world skills are the new currency. It’s not about what you studied or what title you hold, it’s about what you can do with your hands, your mind, and the tools you’ve got. If you can’t fix, build, grow, or repair, then someone owns your life. And no amount of theory will save you when the lights go out.

Luckily, this is the best time in history to learn. We have YouTube. We have AI. We have access to a near-infinite pool of knowledge and tutorials, and most of it is free. If you don’t know how to install a solar inverter, wire a battery, or build a chicken coop, you can learn it. The earlier you start, the more confident and capable you become.

I never imagined I’d be renovating houses, running plumbing, installing energy systems, or building greenhouses in the jungle. But here I am, because I had to. I figured it out. And the best part is, the more you solve problems, the more your confidence grows. Everything is learnable, and every skill adds to your freedom.

But skills alone aren’t enough. You need tools. Good tools. Essential tools. In my case, I couldn’t live without my chainsaw, my Kon-Tiki kiln for charcoal production, my water pumps (always have backups!), and my workshop full of wrenches, saws, electrical gear, and repair kits. Depending on your land, even small machinery, like a mini excavator or earth auger, can be a massive time-saver. Wherever you are, you’ll need the right equipment to get the job done, especially when there’s no one to call for help.

In short: the system wants you helpless. Useless. Trapped in convenience and dependence. But every tool you master and every skill you develop is one more chain broken. Self-sufficiency is built with your own two hands, one problem, one project, one solution at a time.

8. PERSISTENCE 💪🏻

Call it grit, discipline, or just pure stubbornness — without it, nothing else works. Building a self-sufficient life isn’t a weekend hobby or a summer retreat. It’s a full-on commitment. It’s waking up each day knowing there’s another problem to solve, another part to fix, another upgrade to plan. It’s like living in a real-life strategy game where every click is replaced by sweat, tools, and time. Only here, the outcome directly shapes your survival, your freedom, and your future.

Yes, you need tools. Yes, you need skills. But above all, you need persistence. You need the mental strength to keep going when it rains for two weeks straight, when the ants wipe out your seedlings again, when a jaguar kills almost all of your chickens, or when your water system malfunctions at 2 a.m. It’s not about comfort; it’s about conviction.

The drone photo I shared gives you a wide view of my land and my sub-projects. What you don’t see in that lush jungle landscape is how much of it started as nothing but wild terrain. Every path, every line of pipe, every fence post and greenhouse was built step-by-step. There’s still so much to do, and I do a bit more every single day.

What I’ve been building, and continue to build, is a long list of solutions to countless problems. It’s been a constant process of:

• Solving humidity issues

• Managing temperature fluctuations

• Fixing accessibility and road erosion during the rainy season

• Rebuilding soil quality and structure

• Troubleshooting energy system inconsistencies

• Fighting off plant pests and fungal outbreaks

• Developing defense mechanisms against deadly snakes, spiders, jaguars, and pumas

• Trying to outsmart the relentless plant-cutting ants

This lifestyle isn’t for people who give up. It’s for those who choose discomfort now so they’re not defenseless later. It’s for the modern-day adventurer. The type who wants to build a real legacy, not just consume one. The kind of person who dares to take control of life instead of outsourcing it to collapsing systems.

We haven’t seen a full economic collapse in our lifetime, but history tells us it’s coming — again. Every empire has fallen. Look at the global deficits, the inflation, the absurd money printing, the distraction wars, and the social engineering. It’s all pointing toward the same outcome. And when it happens, no government will save you. No delivery app, no welfare state, no comforting slogans.

You’re responsible. For yourself. For your family. For your future.

So, yes, get the tools. Learn the skills. Build the networks. But above all: keep going. The mindset to never stop improving, never stop solving, never stop building, that’s the real superpower. Because freedom isn’t something you’re given. It’s something you fight for. One day at a time.

NOWADAYS: Today, if you're a young and ambitious scientist, everything is different. You only get temporary contracts, typically tied to research projects that last 3 to 4 years and usually have to find your own funding by writing research proposals.

Unfortunately, writing such a proposal today isn't just about good science. It’s about ticking the "right" political boxes:

▪️Gender equality plans

▪️Climate change mitigation

▪️Diversity and inclusion policies

▪️ESG alignment (Environmental, Social, Governance)

▪️SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)

Real science isn't enough anymore.

You have to signal political loyalty.

If you're too critical of existing theories, if you dare to question things like the 73 genders narrative, or show skepticism toward the climate dogma, you simply won't get funding. And even if you manage to get funding, if your findings don't align with the Green Deal framework or the gender narrative, it will be the last grant you’ll ever see.

And what’s even worse: you may never work in academia again. Most of my former colleagues, for instance, now view me as a traitor, except for one, who sent me a long email expressing his admiration for the courage I showed, a courage he admitted he himself did not have.

I am no longer invited to join scientific consortia.

My career as an institutional scientist is over.

I have come to accept this reality, and over time, I have made my peace with it.

But my story is not just personal. It’s part of a much bigger, and growing, danger for society. Because the scientists who comply today, the ones who "know what to say" to survive, will become the professors who teach your children tomorrow.

The system doesn't promote free thinkers. It rewards obedience.

Everyone who treats science seriously, who dares to question, test, and reject, inevitably gets purged. In the medium and long term, the system produces nothing but brainless minions who see critical thinking as a threat.

A society like that can no longer innovate, it can only obey.

We already saw it during COVID:

▪️"The science is settled."

▪️"Misinformation kills."

▪️"Censorship is necessary to protect public health."

▪️"If you question it, you’re endangering lives."

▪️"We have no time for debate — lives are at stake."

▪️"Your freedom ends where others' health begins."

▪️"Trust the experts."

Those who asked critical questions usually lost their jobs — myself included.

The entire scientific principle of testing hypotheses and trying to reject your own ideas was buried under a mountain of fear, censorship, and politics. Instead of testing reality, COVID "science" relied on speculative models. Models that assumed worst-case scenarios, amplified fear, and justified the largest suspension of human freedoms in modern history.

Garbage data went in, garbage predictions came out, and yet all the so-called experts treated these models as untouchable truth. Not evidence, not observation, yet mathematical speculation was used to shut down societies.

This wasn’t science guiding society. It was fear-driven pseudoscience hijacking it, and it set the stage for something far more dangerous. What I'm talking about is SCIENTISM — an Orwellian religion wearing a lab coat.

A system where questioning power is called "misinformation," and blind loyalty is rewarded as "critical thinking."

SCIENTISM is not real science.

It’s when science is turned into an unquestionable ideology or belief system, treated like a new religion where authorities are worshiped and dissent is forbidden.

Key features of scientism include:

▪️Blind trust in "experts" without evidence.

▪️Suppression of critical questioning.

▪️Censorship of alternative hypotheses or inconvenient findings.

▪️Dogmatic belief in models or authority statements rather than open debate and falsification.

▪️Political capture of science to serve narratives.

▪️Punishment of dissenters — by firing, canceling, exiling.

Contrary to that, real science is a method of constant skepticism, hypothesis testing, falsifiability, and open debate. Not "trust the experts" or "the science is settled."

But during COVID, they abandoned real science and replaced it with slogans, fear, and blind obedience. And unless more people wake up, the next "emergency" will be even worse.

Because they now know: Fear works. Censorship works. Compliance works.

And sadly, COVID revealed just how easily most people, including scientists, can be controlled.

It was an IQ test, and the majority failed.

5. Obesity and Vitamin D Deficiency: Obesity is often associated with lower levels of vitamin D due to less time spent outside and a higher blood volume. This deficiency can cause health issues in obese individuals, as vitamin D plays a crucial role in immune function, inflammation regulation, and overall health.

6. Inflammation Levels in Obesity: Obese individuals typically exhibit higher levels of systemic inflammation. This chronic inflammation is a key factor in the development of various obesity-related diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

7. High Fat, High Sugar Diet and Liver Health: A diet rich in both fats and sugars can have a detrimental effect on liver health, often leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This condition is closely linked with obesity and metabolic syndrome, and can significantly impact overall health and lead to obesity.

10. Genetic Predisposition: Did you know that 43% of the global population carries the FTO gene, most commonly associated with obesity? Historically, this gene was an evolutionary advantage, aiding our ancestors in storing fat during times of scarcity. However, in today's abundant world, it increases the risk of obesity. Yet, obesity is ultimately a choice, and attributing it solely to the FTO gene is a weak excuse to avoid taking personal responsibility.

🔥 Final Thoughts: Obesity is a multi-factorial condition with extensive impacts on health, including a heightened risk of chronic diseases, diminished quality of life, psychological challenges, and increased healthcare costs. The dangers of visceral fat, a type of body fat stored within the abdominal cavity, are particularly notable as they significantly contribute to health risks. However, a post that only highlights problems without addressing the root causes is only half as useful. Here are some approaches to help you take back control of your own health:

​6. Heart Disease Risk: The Minnesota Coronary Experiment found that participants who increased their intake of corn oil and margarine had an 86% higher incidence of heart attacks. Despite lower cholesterol levels, the vegetable oil group had a significantly higher mortality rate from heart attacks​. ​

7. Cardiovascular Deaths: The MARGARIN Study revealed that the group consuming margarine high in linoleic acid from vegetable oils had a 700% higher rate of strokes, heart attacks, and cardiovascular deaths compared to a group consuming Omega-3-rich fish oil.

Do you ever wake up in the morning and wonder why you even bother fighting for the freedom of others, many of whom don't seem to want, let alone deserve such liberty? In reality, the Great Reset keeps progressing without interruption, as influential figures like Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab, who are driving the Fourth Industrial Revolution, promote their agenda without fearing any consequences as the mainstream media is reporting in their favor. The intertwining of these protagonists with the media is particularly worrisome. The latter, responsible for shaping public opinion, fail to scrutinize those who finance their operations. Moreover, just as in science, journalism exhibits selection bias: almost exclusively uncritical individuals who toe the line are hired.

Although X, under Musk, is regaining importance and freedom of speech (not of reach) is restored to some degree, there is still no point of return in sight. Worse yet, Covid was declared over by Biden with a simple signature, and the very mob that discriminated against the unvaccinated now gets distracted by other topics such as the Middle East conflict or climate change. The latter will bring further personal restrictions quite soon.

Given the anticipated developments, I question why I continue to fight against what seems inevitable despite the discrimination. The current is so strong that it feels almost impossible to swim against it. Of course, after almost four years, there are some journalists popping up who now critique Covid, and this will generally increase. But this is happening because most of the world has already been 'vaccinated'. It is simply three years too late. What is now perceived as "critical journalism" is, in my opinion, just part of the agenda.

So, where are the journalists questioning this alleged Climate Scam? Where are those opposing the (trans-)gender madness? Where are those warning against digital currencies? Where are those condemning 15-minute neighborhoods? Where are those saying it's healthy to eat meat and eggs? Where are those enlightening us about the fact that CO2 is good for plant growth and is a result of changing global temperatures, not the other way around? Where are those warning against a digital ID that will completely strip us of our privacy? They are scarce and, as a result, reach only a small, increasingly woke, segment of society.

I feel like we're flogging a dead horse, but perhaps the hope that our efforts might one day make a difference is what keeps me from deleting my social media accounts. Because of one thing, I am 100% certain: unlike waking up with doubts, I never want to experience waking up in a 1984-like dystopia.

#1 Medication. In the 1970s, the average American spent 10 times less on prescription drugs than now. Contrary to popular belief, people in Western countries are also compelled to take potentially lethal drugs. Instead of addressing root causes, end-of-pipe solutions are applied.

#5 Vitamin D Deficiency. Our sedentary lifestyle leads to another serious issue. Almost no one who works indoors maintains adequate vitamin D levels. What many don't know is that there's no such thing as flu season—it's actually vitamin D deficiency season.

#6 Lack of Nutrients. Topsoil depletion and removal mean that crops are coming up short on nutrients. To get the same vitamins from one head of lettuce 100 years ago, you'd need to eat 10 heads now. If your body is starved of nutrients, you want to eat more—a vicious cycle.

#7 Dangerous Plastics. Phthalates in plastics disrupt hormone functions and can lead to hormonal imbalances, increasing the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Their widespread use in everyday products raises significant health concerns due to these metabolic effects.

#8 Childhood Vaccines. While children in the 60s only received 5 doses of vaccines, by 2019 the number had risen to 72 - and the trend is rising. Each vaccination has an impact on the microbiome, which likely leads to significant long-term physical and psychological consequences.

#9 Environmental Toxins. Glyphosate-based herbicides like Roundup can cause dysbiosis, cancers, and many other diseases. For instance, in almost 100% of soy crops, glyphosate residues can be found, which then enter our food chain. It's seriously concerning.

#10 Dangers in Cosmetics. Aluminum in deodorants, a common cosmetic ingredient, has been associated with skin irritation and potential health risks, including disrupting hormonal balance and cancer. Its absorption through the skin from daily use has significant long-term effects.

#11 Oral Contraceptives. They affect not only women but also men, as they are excreted via urine into the water supply. They are also extremely powerful and have highly negative effects on human health. Still wondering why there are that many men who think they can get pregnant?

I wrote this post because we are definitely moving in the wrong direction. Our governments held us all hostage for three years, claiming it was for our health, but as I demonstrate, it's not about our health but about enslaving us with as little resistance as possible.

But there are many things you can do about it:

• Eat saturated fats and cut out seed oils

• Limit carbs and sugars

• Grow your own food in your self-made compost

• Exercise at least 3 times a week

I am Simon. Once a researcher at a prestigious university, I now reside in the Brazilian jungle. Here's how this unexpected transition happened.

In early 2021, I publicly criticized the flawed peer-review process of Christian Drosten’s Covid PCR protocol paper. This led to significant repercussions: I was dismissed from my position at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, faced actions like the freezing of my bank account, and even had police encounters.

Utilizing my skills in Adobe Illustrator and QR code generation, I prepared required documents, got on a plane, and escaped the societal madness in mid-2021.

Now, I live a fully self-sustainable life:

🍅 I've built two greenhouses for growing tomatoes, strawberries, passion fruits, and various vegetables.

🐟 A recirculating aquaculture system allows me to cultivate trouts.

⚡ My home is powered by solar panels and a 50Ah battery system, ensuring 24/7 electricity.

💦 The property's multiple water sources are harnessed using a ram pump for water supply.

🍗 I raise Rhode Island Red chickens for eggs and meat.

🐗 Wild boars roam my land, providing an additional food source.

To reduce these issues in the future, here's an important message for parents who are raising Gen Z kids:

1. Teach your boys that being masculine is incredible. Masculinity includes finding a woman to take care of and treat like a queen. She, in turn, will treat you like a king.

2. Teach your girls that being feminine is incredible. Femininity includes nurturing, loving, and letting yourself be protected by your man.

3. Do homeschooling and teach your kids real skills. Do your kids know how to grow food, shoot guns, repair a roof, and avoid paying taxes after graduating from high school? This question is the answer to the problem.

In my opinion, the status of science is on its best way back into the dark ages. In those times, scientists were forbidden to question the views of the Catholic Church; today this happens in the fields of biology (“women can have penises“, “vaccines are safe and effective“) and climate (“fossil fuels harm the climate“, “net zero cult“, etc.)

Questioning these bizarre claims gets you canceled these days. I’ve been canceled twice from research institutes solely for raising questions and won’t have any future in my profession in Western academia. That’s why I keep on speaking out by highlighting the deficits, but also want to provide solutions that could help overcome the current academic crisis. So here is my list of ten ways to save science:

1. The claim that science can be settled should be banned. Science is never settled, and saying so is extremely unscientific. Those who claimed so during the last three years shouldn’t be allowed to teach anymore and also shouldn’t be introduced as experts anymore.

2. All leading scientists who were in favor of experimental gene therapies, masks, and arbitrary measures should be removed from their positions and pay high fines to funds that support vaccine-injured people.

3. Public funding should be made available for both sides, not only the one that is bowing to Agenda 2030. Privately-funded research and the interests of the respective companies and organizations should be better highlighted in the conflict of interest section.

4. The peer review process should be rendered in a way that it’s transparent and does not allow friends to do a favor for each other (nepotism). It should also be public/transparent, giving everybody the possibility to participate by publicly commenting on research that is undergoing peer review (comparable to community notes on X).

5. Unscientific political ideologies such as wokeism should be able to be challenged at universities. Men can’t get pregnant, and until proven otherwise, claims like that shouldn’t be presented as a fact or even become independent fields or studies.

6. As hinted at in my previous point, students should learn how to think critically and not that men can be women. Critical thinking should be rewarded and not punished for challenging prevailing viewpoints.

7. Universities should be made independent from NGOs, governmental bodies, and companies. Organizations such as the Gates Foundation or private companies should not be able to determine which scientific outcomes are favorable.

8. Universities should reward those employees who question authorities or existing theories and not those who solely support the current things. Because it’s the latter who eventually end up teaching your kids to be uncritical and compliant.

9. The accreditation issue should be critically examined, and alternative forms of validation should be considered that focus on the actual quality of education and research output rather than compliance with standardized norms.

10. The university ranking, published by Times Higher Education, is extremely biased. Have you ever noticed that the so-called best universities are all Anglo-American? This is because the ranking parameters are skewed. For instance, only publications in English are counted, and factors like citation numbers and external funding are overemphasized, which do not necessarily correlate with the actual quality of research or teaching. Additionally, reputational surveys, industry income, and international outlook metrics disproportionately favor these institutions, while comprehensive academic programs and non-English publications are undervalued.

It is a long and arduous path to regain trust in academia. However, since only a small minority perceives the current system as a problem, and the system is firmly entrenched through global entanglements, it will, in my opinion, be an impossibility to revolutionize academia—because a system doesn’t change itself.

On the other hand, more and more people are withdrawing their trust from this system. Alongside an increased number of parents choosing to homeschool their kids, there will also be an increased demand for alternative and anti-woke university and college systems and peer review processes.

This is Christian Drosten, who is responsible for the Covid PCR protocol that bypassed the peer review process. There most likely wouldn't have been any pandemic if he hadn't committed scientific fraud. The irony is that he now appears to be advocating for the restriction of scientific freedom in favor of health policy, a notion that's completely unconstitutional.

During a discussion at the "World Health Summit" in October, Drosten emphasized the rise in misinformation online, especially during the COVID-19 'pandemic', and urged media and fellow scientists to correct false information. He suggested that scientific institutions should select and spotlight individuals who are 'true experts' in their fields to combat misinformation.

The concern arises as to who gets to decide who these "true experts" are. Is Drosten volunteering himself for this role? His past statements might suggest so. Drosten, in a previous interview, implied that Germany didn't make many mistakes in handling the pandemic, a claim that was later proven incorrect as the following examples show:

▪️Drosten continuously warned on Twitter from March 2020 to May 2022 about the potential collapse of intensive care units, higher waves of infections, and rising death tolls. By Spring 2023, most of his claims were disproven.

▪️Drosten had heavily criticized Sweden's approach, predicting it would lead to more deaths; a forecast that didn't hold true and which he never corrected.

▪️Drosten claimed that masks would not work until the beginning of 2020, to make a 180-degree turn stating that masks would be highly efficient.

▪️Drosten publicly attacked Jay Bhattacharya and Martin Kulldorff for opposing strict Covid measures. It eventually turned out that Drosten’s approach destroyed hundreds of millions of livelihoods all over the world.

▪️Drosten stated that Africa will suffer a lot and bodies will pile on the streets if they are not getting vaccines. Contrary to highly vaccinated countries, there is no excess mortality in Africa.

The problem is that Drosten's idea to limit scientific freedom in favor of health policy is a direct contradiction to the essence of science, which thrives on diverse perspectives and freedom of expression. It's time for the rule of law to intervene and initiate several proceedings against this dangerous man, who is still involved in gain-of-function experiments. The allegations include:

▪️Member of an international conspiracy to fake a pandemic with the help of a PCR test protocol co-developed by Drosten.

▪️Complicity in scientific fraud by skipping the peer review process.

▪️Possible financial enrichment through PCR tests produced by his buddy Olfert Landt.

▪️Terrifying society by instilling fear instead of calming the public.

▪️Denunciation of scientists who did not share his opinion.

In summary, the continued celebration of this person is scandalous. I even go so far as to claim and say that there would have been no pandemic without Drosten. Without him, his fearmongering, and his fraudulent PCR tests, we probably wouldn't have noticed a pandemic and the year 2020 would have gone down in the history books as a "normal flu year". Instead, half the planet was injected with a dangerous gene therapy, billions of people lost their existence, and millions of people lost their lives due to the measures (fear => increased cortisol levels => premature death) and the gene therapy. And all this just to enforce the Great Reset and enslave humanity.

This would make Drosten as one of humanity's greatest criminals, overshadowing many brutal dictators of the past. In my opinion, all members of this REAL conspiracy need to be put on trial, just as was done with the Nazis after World War II. If this doesn't happen, they'll strike again someday soon.

In this regard, comments such as "Nuremberg 2 will wait for you" or "time to get the guillotines out" would be counterproductive.

2. Where there is no plaintiff, there is no judge.

Despite some flaws in the judicial system, it is not fair to assume that all judges are "woke." We must continue to bring forth complaints and lawsuits, as the more people involved, the better the chance of success. Even if the lawsuits don't succeed, they will create greater public awareness. Therefore, every lawsuit filed against the WEF's agenda will have a positive impact on our society's freedom. It is time to hold accountable those who have forced vaccinations, subjected our children to masks and PCR tests, discredited us online and offline, and politicians like Matt Hancock who have terrified the population with fear tactics.

3. Decentralized Blockchain-Based Twitter.

The WEF's stance against free speech and informed citizens is concerning, but we can protect our freedom of expression by using decentralized social media platforms. These platforms allow us to own and control our data while communicating and sharing information directly with other users. Decentralization provides greater privacy and security since user data is not stored on a central server that can be hacked. It also promotes more freedom of expression, as decentralized networks are less likely to censor content on the front-end. One example of such a platform is Bastyon, although it suffers from usability issues. To improve the situation, one can encourage Elon Musk to consider turning Twitter into a decentralized platform and thus promote a more democratic and free internet.

4. Don't want mRNA in your food? Become self-sufficient.

The WEF's attempt to exert control over every aspect of our lives is unsettling, especially their recent statement that "the era of free will is over." But fear not! It's time to break free from their grasp and increase your level of self-sufficiency. Take control of your food, water resources, and energy (heat and electricity) to the highest degree possible, and watch as your self-sufficient lifestyle blossoms. And you're not alone! There are many citizen initiatives on homesteading in each state and country. So connect with like-minded individuals who are anti-woke, learn, and share your knowledge - it's time to take back control!

5. Be loud - online and offline!

Do not stay silent or passive in the face of injustice, and encourage others to speak out both online and offline. It is notable that the WEF, like Bill Gates, has deactivated the reply function on their tweets because they fear comments and ratios. In my opinion, this function contradicts Twitter's fundamental purpose of serving as a platform for dialogue, and it should be abolished. Nevertheless, we can still respond to tweets from those associated with the WEF. The puppets who promote climate lockdowns and carbon credits have already been installed, and we must not allow their plans to succeed. It is crucial to remain factual and courteous in our responses, and make our voices heard.

6. Support Citizen Journalists!

The WEF has a strong dislike for independent reporting. This has resulted in the suppression of scientific research and citizen journalism over the past few years, and it is likely that censorship will continue whenever criticism of the "current thing" is voiced. The mainstream media currently wields a significant amount of power and is not afraid to exploit it. Instead of subscribing to television channels that you hardly ever watch, consider supporting independent citizen journalists with small donations. Many of us can be supported via Substack and Twitter subscriptions, or donation links on our websites and podcast descriptions.

7. Express and embody your conservative values in your daily life.

The phrase "conservative values" might initially sound old-fashioned to some of you, but the word "conservare" comes from Latin and means "to preserve." Therefore, we should preserve the idea that there are only two genders, the use of cash as a means of payment, traditional family values, our constitutional freedoms, our right to self-defense, and our right to keep the government from taking most of our income to fund their woke agenda and proxy wars around the world. The freedom of others is dependent on our own freedom. Unfortunately, the WEF does not support this concept.

8. Switch to open-source software instead of using Windows.

It is concerning to see the WEF, along with their affiliated politicians and partners, exhibiting a tendency to monitor our activities. To achieve this, they rely on hardware and software that have backdoors accessible to these entities. While switching to open-source software may seem like a significant adjustment for many, it is crucial to protect our privacy and security. It is worth noting that using Windows allows Bill Gates to access and profit from our information. Therefore, opposing the Great Reset also entails opposing the use of Microsoft Windows. Additionally, it is alarming to learn that Microsoft is driving the ID2020 project, an initiative that aims to provide an officially recognized identity to over one billion people. Big Brother will be watching you!

9. Reject, reject, reject!

Carbon credits, social credit scores, digital health certificates, 15-minute neighborhoods, and bans on animal products are being introduced step by step. Boycott all companies and political parties that promote these things and ideas warned against by George Orwell in his book "1984." The WEF can only advance its agenda if the majority complies, as we have seen with vaccinations and mask mandates. Be proactive and take the initiative, instead of waiting for others to act. Be proud of your courage and determination, no matter what others may think of you. Remember, the only reality that matters is your own reality!

10. Connect with like-minded people!

I have experienced it firsthand during the pandemic that one can feel very lonely. Although my opinion has now become almost mainstream, it was very different in 2020 and 2021. I was ridiculed, discredited, reported, deprived, fired, and even excluded from weddings. If I had not connected with like-minded people online and offline, I do not know if I would have been able to handle the pressure. Therefore, I can only advise everyone to connect with libertarians who value individual freedom and a rational policy based on facts and human values just as much as you do because the scenario for the next crisis is already in the drawer of the WEF and will come sooner or later. In the early months of the pandemic, you couldn’t say a word against the Covid policies without being branded a Covid denier, selfish idiot, troglodyte, or worse. And if you were 63 years old, as I was when the pandemic hit, it was simply assumed that you would cheer for policies that put immediate safety first. But I wasn’t cheering, not even on the day the first lockdowns were announced. Nothing about the policies seemed proportionate or humane.

Stay home, save lives. We’re all in this together. Don’t be a Covidiot. Keep your social distance. The old normal is gone. It all felt alien and graceless and “off” to me, though I couldn’t yet put my finger on why. In an effort to get into the spirit of things, I slapped a “stay home, save lives” banner on my Facebook page, right under my cover photo. A few hours later I took it down, unable to pretend my heart was in this.

More than anything, I chafed at the new “Covid culture” that sprang up around the restrictions: the shaming, the snitching, the intolerance of dissent. The willingness—almost eagerness, it sometimes seemed—to jettison everything meaningful about life in a bid to make the world (possibly) a little safer.

As #staythefuckhome slipped into a disquieting new normal, my concerns about the lockdowns intensified, especially when they upended my young-adult children’s lives and pushed a friend off the sobriety wagon. Another friend missed her window of opportunity to get fertility treatment. People said it was all part of the social contract, what we had to do to protect each other. But if we understand the social contract to include engaging with society, the new rules were also breaking the contract in profound ways.

When the opportunity to write a book about the pandemic came along, I couldn’t pass it up. As a medical writer I knew that such a book could put my career at risk, but writing the book seemed more important than cobbling together yet another article about antioxidants or arthritis medications. Called Blindsight Is 2020, the book was recently published in English by the Brownstone Institute and in Spanish by Mandala Ediciones. I’m honored to share a few details about it with this community.

What it’s about

The book showcases 46 scientists, ethicists, writers, and other thinkers who reflect on the societal harms of the Covid-19 lockdowns and mandates. A blend of reported journalism, polemic, and personal storytelling, the book explores the cultural forces that led the world to lock down, devalue civil rights, and lock out dissenting perspectives. Key themes include the abuse of the precautionary principle, the dangers of top-down collectivism and government overreach, and the role of personal freedom and civil liberties in a pandemic.

The book takes the position—shared by many scientists, as it turns out—that a pandemic is not just a scientific problem, but a human one. “The novel coronavirus response is being driven too much by the epidemiology,” Mark Woolhouse states in his book The Year The World Went Mad. A professor of infectious disease epidemiology at the University of Edinburgh and one of the people I feature in the book, Woolhouse shares my dismay at the curious and conspicuous dismissal of the mental-health, human-rights, and economic perspectives on the pandemic. “We epidemiologists were repeatedly told it was someone else’s job” to worry about these things, he writes. But “whose? Nothing was ever made public.”

Managing a pandemic is not just about containing a virus, but about steering the human family through a massive societal upheaval. An upheaval that threatens not just lives, but livelihoods. Not just lung health, but mental health. Not just heartbeats, but hopes and dreams. It’s about striking a balance between collective action and individual agency. The thought leaders featured in the book address these tensions head-on.

Embracing reality

The dominant Covid narrative was one of fear and aggression. It positioned the virus as the enemy in a planetary war—an enemy we must fight to the bitter end, costs be damned. But as it became clear that we were waging an unwinnable war, a second story began gaining momentum. This story cast Covid as a guest that, while not exactly welcome, was here to stay, so we needed to find a way to coexist with it without destroying our social fabric.

My book embraces the second story: attempting to eliminate all risk from Covid is a fool’s errand and carries too high a cost. The thought leaders featured in the book explain why.

While they come from all points along the political spectrum, they share a passion for freedom and human rights. None of them “deny” the virus; they simply understand that mitigation strategies will not succeed unless they respect biological reality, civil liberties, and human nature.

As an essayist and memoirist, I also enjoy weaving some personal anecdotes into the mix. From therapy with a Zoom shrink to a trip to lockdown-free Sweden, I recount several personal experiences that sprang from my despair about the Covid policies.

To those who have shared my despair, I hope the thought leaders featured in the book speak to you as they spoke to me. There’s nothing more validating than learning that some rather brilliant people share your misgivings. But I’ve also written the book to help people who supported the Covid measures understand why some of us despaired at the policies they cheered on. Wherever you fall on the spectrum, the book will introduce you to a cast of free-spirited and courageous characters. If their insights leave you with some food for thought, I’ll call it a win.

In his book, "The Lost Art of Healing," Nobel Laureate Bernard Lown recounts a remarkable experiment conducted on a condemned prisoner in India in 1936. Given the choice between being hanged or having his blood gradually and painlessly drained, the prisoner chose the latter. Strapped to a bed and blindfolded, water containers were secretly attached to the bedposts, and drip buckets were set up below. The sound of dripping water was then played loudly and gradually, and as it stopped, the healthy young man's heart stopped as well. He died without losing a drop of blood.

Dennis Coon's "Essentials of Psychology, Exploration and Application," states two ways of dying from fright. One is through the "fight-or-flight" response causing physiological reactions, and the other is "parasympathetic rebound" which results in the stopping of the heart when the body tries to calm itself too much.

The experiment that was conducted on the Indian prisoner sentenced to death was replicated on the global population in March 2020. We were led to believe that there was a highly dangerous virus and a pandemic of unprecedented scale. This caused billions of people to fear for their lives, as the media portrayed a common cold as something that was perceived by many people as an extinction-level event, which they were reminded of all day long by all these mask-wearing zombies (by the way, that was the main reason for the mask mandate).

It is crucial to note that instead of responding to the PsyOp in China (where fake videos were released by the Chinese Communist Party, showing Chinese citizens trembling on the streets), with calmness and composure, the media propagated fear and panic, which is the opposite of a pandemic response, as prescribed by the WHO until 2020. This led to elevated cortisol levels in the body, triggering numerous inflammatory processes that resulted in quicker deaths, particularly for weaker individuals.

Although Covid-19 is often claimed to be a bioweapon (i.e. discussions about GoF research, lab-theory, are just a distraction in my opinion), the absence of excess mortality in African countries where people were unaware of Covid makes it quite improbable. Nevertheless, our governments are utilizing other bioweapons that harm our health, such as trans fats and high-carb diets. Furthermore, the importance of vitamin D and exercise is being disregarded, and fear is being maintained through obscure testing strategies (the test is the pest and Christian Drosten knew exactly what he developed this Covid PCR protocol for) and the constant emergence of new 'DEADLY' variants.

The pandemic response was THE (!!!) deadly scandal that went against the policy of calming the population and taking positive health measures. Instead of promoting healthy habits and banning harmful substances, the response was to impose strict measures, inject gene therapy, and spread fear through the media. Fear kills. Those who spread fear and orchestrated the whole plandemic were consequently killing millions of people and thus need to be held accountable.

It is high time to recognize that the real danger to our health is not a virus but rather the harmful practices that are being propagated by our governments and other powerful entities such as the Gates Foundation, the WEF, the Wellcome Trust, etc.. We must take control of our health by making informed choices about what we put into our bodies and how we take care of ourselves. Only then can we hope to emerge from this crisis stronger and healthier than ever before.

I completed my PhD in biotechnology, building anaerobic reactors and conducting experiments with other PhD students from all over Europe. I received my PhD 6 months ahead of the typical schedule and even secured funding for my postdoc, which began in 2018. I thought it was the start of a long and successful career. I was wrong!

…then came Covid!

During my postdoc, I extensively studied human metabolism and the principles of system dynamics, which involves modelling complex systems and creating causal loop diagrams. Vitamin D and Omega-3 became my new passion, and I increasingly wondered why doctors generally do not examine these two values.

Then, in March 2020, when Covid propaganda was spreading and Vitamin D was not included in the measures, I began to ponder. I spent my free weekends writing a publication on why Vitamin D and K2 were the solution to the problem.

Instead of support, I was attacked in the fall of 2020. The university received complaints that I was spreading pseudoscientific theories. The journal received retraction requests, arguing that I was selling Vitamin D and therefore had conflicts of interest, which was not true. I became increasingly critical and began to question more and more things, especially since I knew from the beginning that wearing masks and locking up billions of people was counterproductive.

Drosten’s fraud got me unemployed

At the end of December 2020, I learned that Drosten's publication on his PCR protocol had passed peer review in the shortest amount of time. As I was an associate editor of an international Q1 journal at the time, I began to analyze this allegation and found out that his paper had been submitted and published online within 3.5-27.5 hours. Knowing that the typical peer-review process usually takes longer than six months, alarm bells began to ring.

In January 2021, I wrote a Twitter thread about it and gained thousands of followers overnight. As a result, my former employer received angry emails from virologists at Dutch universities in Utrecht and Rotterdam, as well as from the "Skeptics" sect.

My contract at the university expired in mid-March 2021, and I was told to seek follow-up funding. Therefore, throughout 2020, I applied for follow-up funding in my spare time and wrote a funding application in which I integrated six international partners. The chance of being funded in EU calls is between 3-5%, and I won.

However, what happened next was absurd. Although I had secured hundreds of thousands of euros in funding for my former employer (in my spare time, mind you), I was told that they would hire someone else with the money I had generated because I had criticized Christian Drosten and his Dutch colleague Marion Koopmans. They wanted an employee who was less critical and thus would cause fewer problems. A slap in my face!

A new start in Norway

As a result, I reached out to some project partners to see if I could work for them. Of all the project partners for whom I personally secured a lot of funding, only a Norwegian research institute said I could work for them. They welcomed me with open arms, even though they knew what I was writing on social media and that I am autistic. There were no issues during the two years, probably also because Twitter suspended my account just as I started working for the institute.

But even there, COVID, the vaccine, and the other measures were not really questioned. They were testing like crazy and important questions were generally not asked. It became increasingly clear to me that nowadays in science it is more about money than scientific principles. Science (questioning things) is almost everywhere in the world confused with activism (COVID, climate, Agenda 2030).

When my Twitter account was reinstated at the end of 2022, the institute probably received many complaints, as I was informed. Last week, I was fired out of the blue. I was told that the institute is concerned about its reputation and therefore they would immediately release me from work.

Brownstone Institut und Vitamin D

Three hours after I was fired, the Brownstone Institute welcomed me with open arms and offered me a one-year fellowship to help me bridge the time after being cancelled.

In addition, I have decided to start my Vitamin D project, which has been in the works for a long time, much earlier than planned. It should be noted that almost everyone has a vitamin D deficiency, and I am passionate about educating people about it and offering them a high-quality product with good value for money. There are almost no vitamin D products that also contain vitamin K2 (to prevent calcification) and magnesium and zinc (which are necessary for the enzymes that activate vitamin D).

What does my future look like?

I believe my academic career is temporarily over. Although it was my dream to become a full professor and make the world a better place through my acquired knowledge, I now believe that truly critical scientists have no chance in this system. As soon as you express criticism of the "current thing" or question things, the thumb screws are tightened and often you end up being fired.

In my opinion, this discussion is obsolete as the governments made sure there aren't any randomized clinical studies, and the medial fearmongering served as an intervening factor that nobody could escape from.

However, there are many indications that we've been facing a plandemic and no dangerous pathogen.

1. There's no excess mortality in the poorest African countries. No powerful media, no vaccine, no excess mortality. Christian Drosten, however, predicted that people would die like flies there if we couldn't provide them with free vaccines (i.e. “people will die in the streets.”).

2. Instead of boosting our immune systems by promoting physical activities and vitamin D, sports clubs have been closed, and rigorous stay-at-home measures restricted sun exposure.

   

3. Fauci and Drosten are only two examples of virologists who changed their opinion on measures that should be taken in case of a pandemic. Fauci, for example, stated that masks don’t work and considered their use paranoid and that the best vaccination is to actually get infected. Fauci’s German counterpart, Christian Drosten, made statements such as “Immunology is so complex that no one understands it. At least I do not.” while claiming that mRNA vaccines “train” the immune system. Also, his statements on masks have been contradictory.

4. A virus has been used as an invisible enemy, just like "terrorism" in the last two decades. It's intangible; consequently, a symbol must remind us of something dangerous. That's why mask mandates have been implemented worldwide, even though masks do more harm than good.

5. A real pandemic doesn't require a 24/7 marketing campaign. If there were really dangerous pathogens out there (and, of course, a working solution), people would line up to get vaxxed. Both were not the case.

6. BLM demonstrations and gay pride parades were allowed by the authorities, while police forces brutally suppressed anti-measures demonstrations one week later. This did not make any sense.

7. The leading causes of death are cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The main factors that cause these diseases are well-known. And yet, politicians did not care about restricting sugars in processed foodstuff, and, instead, promoted physical activities. They kept on saying that every life matters but in fact they are only interested in implementing a totalitarian system.

Now he gave a comprehensive interview to the German newspaper Die ZEIT, peppered with untruths. I have done the work to translate this interview in part and to document the extent to which Drosten lied.

The interview was conducted by Andreas Sentker and Jakob Simmank. The latter is known for his radical leftist views and his support of the Zero Covid Initiative. Accordingly, he cannot be considered a neutral journalist. Let’s have a look at the interview that I translated using deepl.com.

The interview already starts with a remarkable statement. Drosten claims that the R-value would already have been above 2. This is a blatant lie, as can be seen below.

This part is cheeky and gives a deep insight into Drosten’s political attitude. All this we have always said, but it was always dismissed by Drosten as "PLURV/FLICC". In November 2021, Drosten even promised herd immunity with a vaccination rate of over 80%. Moreover, it is worrying how Drosten is pandering to the authoritarian Chinese regime. What is actually going on with Africa? Have they all already been vaccinated?

Regarding Africa, Drosten had warned of the consequences of an outbreak in Africa in an edition of the wok podcast "fest und flauschig." The pandemic could have a dramatic impact on countries with weak organizational structures and weak political institutions where there are major cities. "There we will see scenes in the period between June and August that we only know from blockbuster movies. There will be scenes that we can't imagine like this today. And I'm not sure what that will do to us," Drosten said. And again, he was entirely wrong.

Drosten has repeatedly said that he is a virologist and knows little about epidemiology (and obviously also immunity, as shown below). Yet, in almost every interview or tweet, he has called for further measures that have strangled and tortured the population.

He was, for example, a follower of the Zero Covid cult and has advocated mandatory masks, which were, and still are, counterproductive from a health perspective.

On March 22, 2020, Christian Drosten claimed that "masks protect others in public." A month later, however, he told a political control committee that "a mask won't stop the virus." He knew exactly what he was doing. He knows exactly that he lied, and he's still pulling it off.

In 2014, Christian Drosten gave an interview with the German newspaper "Wirtschaftswoche" about coronaviruses. His statements could not be more contradictory. As can be seen below.

Drosten primarily spreads misinformation. As a virologist, he ridiculed seasonality, and even in January 2021, he stated, "I have dire fears about what might happen in the spring and summer”.

Moreover, the problem is not that his statements are taken out of context but that he keeps contradicting himself. Moreover, he has called his colleagues from the Great Barrington Declaration saboteurs and pseudo-experts and publicly accused them of lying.

In the end, he was the liar - over and over again. This principle is called gaslighting, and it is punishable by law.

It says everything about these two journalists who failed to ask a single critical question. This interview is pure PR and propaganda. Where were the questions about Drosten's PCR paper? Where were the questions about his (business) involvement in the first PCR tests? How much did he earn from it? Where were the critical questions about his contradictions and participation in the Fauci-Farrar conference calls?

This person is an intensive offender and is supported by influential people. Once Drosten falls and reveals his secrets, so does the narrative. His lies and actions are well documented. It is up to us to publicly pressure the judiciary to deal with this misanthrope.

However, Twitter has cancelled me big time and discriminated against me. Please, don't get me wrong - I certainly don't want to put myself in the victim role, which I despise so much in people from Wokistan. I am neither a perpetrator nor a victim but simply discriminated against by the cancel culture system because of what I am: analytical, rational, direct, and with a social filter that is as effective as the face diaper against Covid. This is my personal story.

My account on Twitter was @goddeketal. I never was much into social media, but I eventually went from 0 to 50k followers within six months. In January 2021, I wrote a big thread explaining the scientific peer-review process and showed why Drosten's PCR paper most likely bypassed the peer-review process. As it got deleted with my account, I turned it into a substack article this summer.

I raised many unanswered questions:

• How did Drosten's paper make it through the peer review process within 24h?

• How does he even publish there while being part of the journal's editorial board?

• Why does the journal refuse to publish the anonymous peer-review reports?

Questions upon questions and still no answers. My account grew. I began to post more studies, for example, about the efficacy of masks, the implementation of arbitrary measures and their effects on public health, the potential of vitamin D, etc. My posts must have consistently been a thorn in the side of the woke fact-checkers from Twitter's Ministry of Truth, and I've regularly been temporarily banned from Twitter for statements that are mainstream these days. Here are a few examples:

EXAMPLE 1. I referred to this publication, which has been peer-reviewed. Twitter banned me for doing so for one week for "Violating the policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.".

EXAMPLE 2. I cited (!!!) a scientist from an official Texas Senate hearing and posted the corresponding video.

EXAMPLE 3. Here, I referred to meta-analyses that are available on vdmeta.com and c19ivm.org. Fun fact: the scientists that are running these websites have been banned from @twitter, too.

EXAMPLE 4. In June 2021, I was banned for asking questions. The @gatesfoundation really invested that much into BioNTech. Why is it prohibited to ask questions?

One day later, my account got permabanned. My impact was probably too big (400 new followers per day and 3K likes on average) that Twitter pulled the ripcord. My account was banned for "targeted harassment" without Twitter providing me with a specific explanation. Even after requesting further information about permanently locking my account, Twitter refused to give me the actual or specific reason for the suspension. Since I had moved to Brazil in the meantime, I took Twitter to court here.

The Brazilian armada (!!!) of Twitter lawyers explained during the trial that I was not banned for "targeted harassment" but for spreading dangerous medical falsehoods (i.e. Twitter initially lied). Nevertheless, I was also presented with the tweet, which led to my final suspension. According to Twitter, the following statement led to the permaban.

The awkward part about this is that this statement, just like those of my tweets in the examples above, is entirely accurate. I eventually lost the lawsuit. Not because my tweets were unobjective or improper but because the judge decided that Twitter has digital domiciliary rights and can determine who is active on the platform and who is not. I wonder if Elon Musk feels the same way.

Since then, I've written several appeals to Twitter Support (Appeal 1, Appeal 2, Appeal 3), and each time, received a response that my account would no longer be unlocked because I violated their policies.

The critical issue about this is that all my statements have become mainstream. Yet, instead of apologizing to the thousands of other banned scientists and me, Twitter insists on their decision. Although Musk has taken over the platform, there is little sign of freedom of speech. I have therefore decided to sue Twitter once again. I want to know who are the faces behind these cultural-stalinist decisions.

I will keep you posted about that lawsuit on my Telegram Channel. Of course, I could refrain from using Twitter, but I am convinced Big Tech needs to be called to order. A global digital Ministry of Truth is not an option for me.

FIRST: in countries where there was (almost) no action, you cannot observe a general over-mortality.

SECOND: people who die with/from COVID become older on average than those who do not die with/from COVID.

While official propaganda is in full throttle to get the whole world vaccinated against a seasonal respiratory disease and implement measures that go against common sense, the actual pandemics of our Western civilization are ignored; no, even fuelled. The two pandemics I am talking about are vitamin D deficiency and obesity.

Vitamin D deficiency

There is no flu season, just low vitamin D season. About 80% of US Americans are vitamin D deficient. Skin needs to be struck by sunlight to synthesize vitamin D, an immunoregulating hormone. Dark skin contains melanin, an effective natural sunscreen that reduces vitamin D synthesis. The correlation of different skin colours worldwide is perfect with UVA/UVB radiation intensities. Neither cancer nor God or diversity had anything to do with the evolutionary pressure on the skin pigments. It's simply a health feature!

The following illustration is derived from a paper that determined the vitamin D status among UK biobank participants. It shows that the darker the skin colour, the higher the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency.

Hardly anyone in that survey achieved vitamin D levels above 30ng/mL. In addition, a publication from 2020 shows a strong correlation between vitamin D bloodserum levels and the severity of COVID.

“25(OH)D deficiency was observed among patients with COVID-19. Declined steadily 25(OH)D levels make a huge contribution to the scale of the progression of the disease.”

My diagram below illustrates the paper’s findings and shows that levels above 40ng/mL are more favourable. However, proper immune system function requires at least 50ng/mL, as my buddy Robin Whittle explained in this article.

This assumption is supported by Dror et al. (2021). They state that “patients with vitamin D deficiency (<20 ng/mL) were 14 times more likely to have [a] severe or critical [course of the] disease than patients with 25(OH)D ≥ 40 ng/mL”.

Katz et al. (2020) made similar observations. In their paper, they stated:

1. Vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with an increased risk for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

2. The odds ratio for COVID-19 increases with vitamin deficiency in black individuals.

3. Diabetes, obesity, and periodontal disease are associated with an increased risk for COVID-19 and vitamin D deficiency.

The website vdmeta.com lists all available studies concerning vitamin D and Covid. The evidence that vitamin D prevents getting sick from Covid is overwhelming. However, many researchers administered vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol, which takes weeks to raise the vitamin D bloodserum level. Instead, calcifediol (i.e. 25(OH)D should have been administered, as 1mg of calcifediol raises average levels from 20 to over 60ng/mL in less than 4 hours. This is the treatment all intensive care patients require but won’t get.

Obesity

Obesity and vitamin D deficiency go hand in hand. The reasons for this are as follows:

• The higher the degree of obesity, the higher the amount of blood circulating. More blood requires more vitamin D to achieve favourable levels.

• Obese people usually go outside less. Also, many are ashamed to show skin in public.

However, vitamin D deficiency does not cause obesity. Instead, the root causes lay somewhere else: the diet.

About 75% of US Americans are overweight or obese. What these people generally have in common is that they consume:

• Processed foodstuff

• Polyunsaturated vegetable oils rich in Omega-6 fatty acids

• High amounts of sugars (Glucose, sucrose, fructose)

• Way too many carbs

A meta-analysis shows that being obese was significantly associated with more severe disease and mortality. The reasons for this are the above-mentioned vitamin D deficiency, higher inflammation levels, and a generally poorer intestinal flora (>70% of the immune system is located in the intestine).

It is a mystery why governments and the media have admitted for over two years that obesity is the main comorbidity, and almost exclusively obese and elderly people died with a positive PCR test. But they have done absolutely nothing to help people lose weight and live healthier lives. Instead, sports clubs were closed, people were told to stay indoors (less movement and less sun exposure), and experimental and very likely harmful gene therapies were promoted. Nobody, young and healthy, must fear a seasonal respiratory virus. If the ruling authorities really cared about our health, they would have tried to fix the two real pandemics: vitamin D deficiency and obesity.

It’s up to us to be healthy!

Since this will not happen, as there are no patents on healthy food and vitamin D, I will take over their task and help you to take your health back into your own hands. Here are my top 5 tips for living a healthy life.

1. Get out in the sun and supplement with vitamin D and K2 (to avoid calcification). Ensure your vitamin D blood serum level is above 50ng/mL.

2. Glutathione is the mother of all antioxidants. Eat pasture-raised eggs and selenium-rich foods to boost your glutathione levels. We need selenium to power glutathione peroxidase (GPX), the enzyme that removes free radicals inside the cell. Also, eat foods that contain B vitamins as they power glutathione reductase, an enzyme that recycles glutathione.

3. Consume fatty sea fish as they are rich in DHA and EPA (Omega-3 fatty acids) at least once a week. DHA is critical as it (1) lowers the genetic expression of four types of pro-inflammatory proteins and (2) lowers white blood cell secretion of three types of pro-inflammatory proteins.

4. Exercise several times a week. Exercising helps with weight loss, reduces your risk of chronic disease, and can help you sleep better.

5. Give up on sugars, vegetable oils, and (ultra-)processed foods. Cook with ghee, butter, extra-virgin olive oil, or cocos oil instead.

Bottom Line

• I have already lived in several countries, and I love to get to know different cultures and broaden my horizons. However, I still oppose mass immigration and this globalist movement. We don't need a global cultural mishmash but a high degree of cultural diversity. The higher the degree of local patriotism, the lower the chances the announced Great Reset could be executed.

• I support equal rights for women, POC, homosexuals and even trans people. However, I have the impression that it's currently white heterosexual men that the mainstream media discriminate against. It's simply wrong to impose extremist ideologies (i.e. pronouns, BLM, coronism) on a whole population. By the way, there are only two sexes, and no, being genderfluid is not a thing!

• I believe that education and health systems should be free. However, I oppose the degree of indoctrination children are experiencing and health policies that don't tackle the root cause of diseases.

• I believe that communalism (don't confuse this with communism) is the best form of living together. Producing food and trading on a small scale is the most resilient strategy for being self-sustainable. This approach also reduces the power of large multinationals such as Nestlé and Unilever that primarily distribute products that make us sick.

• I oppose a strong state. The only tasks of a state are to provide the required infrastructure for people to live their daily lives and guarantee its citizens' safety. Oppressing its citizens and forcing them to participate in medical experiments are not one of them.

• Journalism should be objective. I consider posture journalism and "fact-checking" PR agencies dangerous to freedom. It's worrisome that referring to the work of independent journalists is usually dismissed as conspiratory lies. It is we who are protecting constitutional liberties and oppose what Orwell has warned us about in his book 1984.
