Governmental health advice?
Why it doesn't make any sense and what real health advice should look like.
Almost all governments worldwide came up with similar health advice within the last 2.5 years. Of course, every healthy-minded people knew from the beginning that their claims were extremely irrational and unscientific. But let’s take a look at them (click on the links to read papers that prove the absurdity of the measures).

Governmental Health Advice:
Take a potentially harmful experimental drug against a virus that most likely won't pose any danger to you.
Wear harmful masks.
Isolate yourself from your family and friends.
Stop visiting the gym or your sports club.
Neither go too much outside nor go on holidays; i.e. avoid vitamin D synthesis.
Prescribe a handful of drugs that will never really make you healthy but follow the principle of end-of-pipe solutions instead.
Instead, people should have listened to my health advice and that of many other experts who understand how human metabolism works. Since the beginning, we have suggested logical measurements to avoid getting sick and live a high-quality life.
Dr. Simon’s Health Advice:
Ensure you eat healthily and supplement smartly (magnesium, zinc, melatonin, etc.). Grow your own food if possible.
Expose yourself to the sun for at least 30 minutes daily, covering your body as little as possible.
Exercise every day. Get in shape with cardio and strength sports.
Have a rich social life. Enjoy the reality with friends and limit (social) media consumption to 1-2 hours per day.
I'm convinced that my method would have prevented millions of deaths. However, we shouldn't forget which global and national players are responsible for wasting this vast number of healthy life years.
