Regarding point 5 of the Gov Health Advice, here in in Australia I watched a scientist representing the chief health officer Brad Hazzard in a court case actively dismiss Vitamin D. The case was brought by some business owners and they were attempting to present evidence that there were treatments available.
The judge would not allow any expert witnesses but did allow submission of some studies. When presented with studies on Vitamin D treatment and asked why health authorities were not recommending such a simple, cheap and effective mitigation measure, the scientist replied bluntly, "We do not recommend Vitamin D".
There were hidden plans - not for health but for depopulation and their advice made sense in that context.
